Two days is a pretty short period of time, at least in my opinion. Also, remember that it's a holiday week in the US, so people are probably busier than usual. Furthermore, SC has been quite slow over the past few months; there haven't been a lot of new stories, which could also mean fewer people checking in or just having less free time than during other points in the year.
But, hmmm, I would say that a week is probably a good amount of time to wait; after that point, you can be pretty sure that the concept unfortunately hasn't caught anyone's interest.
