I've been asked by a friend to submit this one, because they can't log in.  Sometimes he can manage, but then he can only read the newest page on any given act.

Another friend can log in, but he can't post at all.

I've got their contact information, if you need more details from them, and I can supply you with their StoryCrafter ID's, but I'd prefer to do so via PM.  Is this a recurring problem?

I've noticed that certain browsers tend to log you out when you go to different pages.  If they haven't already done so, have them click the 'stay logged in' box under the member center and see if that alleviates the problem.  (places where I've seen this happen is when using Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome).  Make sure any browser you are using is the current edition also, as that might have something to do with it.

They're both using the checkbox, and keeping their browsers updated.  I can suggest they both clear their cache, but I'm fairly sure they've already tried that.

I think this falls outside of what I can actually do as a mod, unfortunately.  Have you tried contacting the Founder directly?

I would also suggest sending their information to the Founder, directly. 

...what are their usernames?
