Hello I go by DementedPixie and have been a huge fan of roleplaying my entire life.  But I have found it hard to roleplay the way I do until I got referred to this site.  I do hope to add to anyone story as much as you add to mine.  I hope I can live up to your expectations.!

Sadly, I don't have time enough for the ones I AM in. *sniff*   But, trudge along I will.

Usually, the more effort and 'polish' you put into the way your game looks, the better your chances of attracting people who want to play/join your game.  I haven't had a chance to look over yours yet, though I tend to look at all the new stories as they are created.  If you haven't already done so, flesh out a prologue, and some guidelines/rules you want your cast to follow, expected or wanted posting rate, etc.  The more you put down and give people an idea of what you're looking for as far as expectations, the better the results.

Welcome to the site, DementedPixi!  As Lex says, the forums don't get a lot of traffic.  But have fun poking around games and seeing which ones are getting posts, and good luck with your game!

Greetings DP and welcome. I hope you do have fun here--many of us have and do. And yes, some of us do haunt the forums and will answer questions.

I would caution you to one thing right off of the bat--if you are running a story for the first time, consider a limited cast. While you are getting used to the site and the people on it, its best to deal strongly with a few people than vaguely with many persons. Cast attrition can be the death of even the strongest story, so it's best to work on keeping a few people interested, until you get used to it.

Still it's good to see you have plunged in and gone for it! Kudos for that and good luck!

Thank you and I think that its at its limit now.  Unless I choose to bring in some one else or if it is required to have or whatever.  I appreciate your advise  none the less..  It good to be in aplace where there are people here actually know how to write and are willing to jump right in a help a newbi like myself work with out stating how lame something is.. or any way.  Thanks for the warm welcome guys  *Sniffles*  IM touched!
