As far as I've been able to tell, they can't be changed. There WAS a game on here, years ago, that DID modify them; made quite a few modifications to storycrafter.com's code (within the framework of their own game title, anyway), if I recall correctly. And the game was
Samara's Panacea, if I'm not mistaken. I remember their being a "character creation" tab, in which I believe (not 100% certain) that there was actually a built-in, modifiable "template" that cast members could generate character sheets that would be associated with their characters. Again, I'm not 100% positive, but I remember the title doing a LOT of funky stuff.
Funky stuff that I think, at least in some small way, either was or could have potentially been very harmful to storycrafter.com as a whole -- because before I knew it, the extra elements were gone, and I think the story went away, too -- died like many others -- which was a shame, because it was one of the most professional-looking titles I had seen on here, and opened my eyes to the potential uses a website like storycrafter offered the aspiring writer/collaborative storyteller.
Similar elements would eventually come along via the Founder, such as the customizable templates -- which have now been pushed even further with the release of "All Your Base" -- but, at least at this time, I have no idea how to override the base code of the website that plugs in the titles "prologue", "rules", etc.
Not that I'm looking to change the origin points where those pages are pulled from; just to able to change the "name" of the tab itself. Other details like being able to modify the layouts of each of those pages might be too complicated/messy.
So could allowing the links to be renamed, for that matter.
