I don't mean to intrude here, so my sincere apologies if this "reply" is in error.  I was just curious if you had made a final decision regarding storycrafter.com's use of copyright vs. creative commons?  I know you had inquired about it via the forums, but I wasn't sure what the final outcome of that was.  Thank you so much for taking the time to review this comment.

I may be missing the question here but we've been using creative commons for a while now?

lol...understandable.  Rereading my comment, I see it could be confusing.  I was referring to this thread you started in April of '09:

Hopefully that url works.

Nope. No one seemed to have a problem with the CC so I just kept it as is.

Oops!  Looks like I missed responding to this!  Not that it necessarily matters, just wanted to say:

I just wanted to be certain, and the reminder post about SC.com's policies made me remember that casual inquiry.  It works for me either way; personally I think copyright law can be confusing -- especially ever since CapnRahn introduced me to the Berne Convention -- at least in terms to how exactly it applies in instances of collaborative writing and, more so, the sometimes "shared post" that could be generated between two or more authors, where the development of contextual elements may spring forth from multiple people, and it's impossible to nail down who exactly originated the idea, who wrote what, and who necessarily can claim ownership of it.

Anyway...thank you so much for responding to this...you certainly didn't have to!
