Plot... New... Bloody... Checking for interest

Hello, I will admit that my first plot didn't turn out quite as i had hoped and was looking for however i have a new sci-fi plot that I'm interested in setting up however i need at least six people(possibly four at the minimum)... It is pushed forward in time to 2023. There are two classes in society... the extreme wealthy aka rich and the over the top poor. There are mundane humans, paranormal (psychics and so on), were's (cat or dog) and vamps... possibly some immortals sorta like a mix between Sherrilyn Kenyon and Laurel K. Hamilton Cheesy
