In the style of 90s B-movies such as "Pushed to the Limit" and "Angel Fist", I'd be rather interested in running a story revolving around a tournament featuring the world's greatest female fighters.
The campaign/story would be more realistic/low-budget-cinematic, so there wouldn't be any flying-in-the-treetops Wuxia style abilities, no throwing fireballs, etc. - so it's not in the style of a fighting video game, either. Think "Enter the Dragon" (if you haven't seen either of those mentioned above) as opposed to "Mortal Kombat."
Although the main focus would be the tournament itself (set up by some crime boss somewhere, no doubt), there would still be opportunities for role-playing and character building.
The game would use the basic rules from the original Hong Kong Action Theatre! RPG (by Event Horizon), and any necessary information would be made available to the players.
In closing, I'd be looking for anywhere between 1 and 4 players. I have no problem running a solo story, so if that's how it turns out, that's fine, too. Otherwise, 4 players is about the maximum I'd allow.
