Looking for characters for a new story. I need one bad guy (preferably a government official), his assistant, five main characters (besides my own), and one older and wiser individual.

In the main characters, three of them have to be women. The older individual has to be at least 60+ years. The politician has to be at least 45+. All other characters need to be between 26 and 43.

I'm looking for 1 other CIA/military type. The rest should be just average people. They'll all meet at an event where something goes wrong and that's were the real run begins. Each character should have something to bring to the table. Certain skills or talents that could help them in the future, but not too over the top. I've very lenient in character creation. I believe that the characters are in the hands of those who create them. To deny a character is against what I believe in. I don't like restrictions in writing.

The story takes place in the U.S. Primarily in Los Angeles, July 2032.
