I'm just kind of idly curious, is there anyone out there willing to write in a post apocalyptic earth setting?

I was thinking of something along the lines of a United States where the midwest has gone dust bowl again, and both cost bombed to radioactive bits in a war. The only land, and people, left is the southwest and chunks of Mexico and Canada, and now they're stuggling to live in a world with no electricty, water, police or medical service, or-gasp-internet.

If anyones willing to go co-cause I've not even really got a plot, just a location bunny-or to just write in that kind of setting, I'd love to hear about it!

I'd be willing to give playing a shot. Never tried something like this before, could be interesting.

I would consider such a story. Whether I would apply would depend on how it was presented and what directions you took with your setting.

I would be interested, too; if we could get the post-World War III elements of the disastrous Nuclear Winter in place.  That would make th setting more than anything.
