Have you checked to make sure it's not being filtered by a Junk Mail blocker?

That's a problem. Okay.
Have you changed your email since you first set things up on Storycrafter?
I'll email the Founder as soon as I possibly can, and see what I can do.

A word to the wise, Shanna,
I attempted to change my password on the main site a couple of years ago, when I changed internet. While it shows the change being made when I do it, it never really changes, and my email address on the main site remains permanently set on an email address I had before I moved away from Florida.
I have reported it before, but couldn't seem to get anyone to understand that while it shows the change being made, it actually does not change. So if they are dealing with an old email address there is a possibility that the message is being sent out into the ether somewhere, never to be read.

I created several new accounts, changed passwords, send rememinder emails to myself, changed email addresses, changed passwords again.
All is working as it should.
Note: You will have a problem if you don't have access to the currently registered email address, and don't remember your password to login with.
But nothing can be done about that, we simply do not collect enough information from people to verify thier identity without them being able to access the email address.
