Hi :)

I'm Cade, primary author and DM of Effigy of Fate, and I'm looking for some...*points to the title of the forum*

EoF is a long, on-going story, based around the v3.5 Dungeons & Dragons rule set for table top gaming. Granted, it's more free-form, since my players and I are in it more for the story than the hack and slash, but it's still a game.

Anyway, to the point; the story is of my own, and my player's own, creation. It's not based upon any modules or settings; nearly everything is of original conception (some names may be similar to other names, for that I apologize). I'd like to have some criticism, constructive hopefully, on our on going story. Five chapters have been displayed for public viewing, as the 6th is still being worked on.:)

Pleas take note; I understand that there are some stories out there with many chapters, and that mine is shy in comparison when you consider the time played. But, there have been many, many speedbumps along the way. Also, I haven't really gramar/spell-checked every chapter :\ So, please, if you do see anything typographical that would cause you to have an anneurism, just pass them by. I'll fix them eventually.

Thank you for your time! I appreciate anyone who's read this, and if you do decide to read through EoF (or rather, what's there so far) I thank you even more. I hope you enjoy the story we've created so far.

Thank you ever so much for the kind words, and thank you for the support. When I read these words, I had a warm feeling in my chest and I couldn't contain the grin which followed. Your compliments are wonderful, I can't thank you enough.

I'm sorry to hear that you'll be leaving the SC community. But, I hope that you'll continue to keep up with EoF. It's as much a story for everyone as it is for my players. I've had other players message me in the past telling me how they thoroughly enjoyed my story so far, and begged to have some kind of spoiler. But, I don't like to reveal anything ;)

Once again, thank you for your generous compliments, and please continue to keep up with EoF. I'd be saddened to know that outside circumstanes prevented someone who enjoyed my story from reading it.
