How come other characters cannot access the images I placed for my story Battle Royale: School's Out Forever? The images included a very important map....Also, how can I place an image in a post in an act?

The Images page is just for SC use.  The easiest way to include an image is this:

1. In the Images page, click View for the image you want.

A second window pops up with the image.

2. In the first window (in the Images page), click Home.

3. From the Home page, click the link for the Act in which to post.

4. In the Act page, click Add New Post.

5. Write the post, as normal.  When you reach the point for the image to be inserted, switch to the other window.

6. RIGHT-CLICK on the image, and select COPY from the pop-up menu.

7. Return to the window with your post and Paste via a CTRL+V (or use the right click-menu again).

8. Boom, baby!

An even simpler (and quicker way) to post an image that is already in your 'images' section is to write a post as normal and when you are ready to insert an image if you look at the taskbar just above your post you'll see a square, yellow icon (sort of looks like two mountains with a sun over them). Clicking on this will link directly to your 'images' page, and from there just 'insert' the image you want.

Although this only works with Internet Explorer. In other browsers, you can use html to insert a picture somewhere. I don't know the html for that offhand since I rarely need to use it, but it's not hard to find instructions online.

Really?  Because i've used it in others, althogh IE is what I use most often...

As far as html goes, the code is {img src="paste-url-here"}

replacing the { }  with < >

Yeah, in Firefox, I don't even see the icon for inserting an image, so have to use html. :)

Also, keep in mind that the icon is only there for the SCs and PAs, because they're the only ones allowed to see the Images list.  If you're just a writer in a group, it's just not going to be there.

The method I described above functions for everyone, and isn't limited to images in the Images list.  It'll work on an image in *any* web page.
